Why Work Here

What Makes Kidanga Different

We're not a typical agency. We build six specialized systems for African businesses — and we take ownership from first call to launch and beyond. Here's what that means for you.

Real Impact, Real Clients

You work on production systems used by real businesses. See your code run NGO operations, manage school records, power e-commerce stores. Your work matters.

Ownership & Autonomy

You own projects end-to-end. Make technical decisions. Architect solutions. Work directly with clients. No micromanagement. Just trust and results.

Learn & Level Up

Work with Next.js, TypeScript, AI integrations, automation systems, and modern tooling. Learn from senior devs. Ship production code weekly.

Remote-First Culture

Work from anywhere in Kenya. Manage your schedule. Deep work matters more than office attendance. Results over presence.
